hey there i am an engineering undergraduate student (final year) i am currently working on my final year project which is a low cost electric car the charger should have min power 1500watt @73v

the battery pack we have is of super Li-ion battery technology (60v nominal 100Ah) the and we are facing some problems in designing on board charger

i need help in determining which kind of pulse core tranformer should be suitable and which circuit topolgy to follow the charger should have constant current and constant voltage adjustablr profiles since battery at full charge reach 73v and at full discharge 50v
