We replaced the LS tool of the autosampler (triplus RSH) of our GC-MS system. It is a manufactures' authentic part that was purchased from Thermo .
The re-calibration and teaching of the module was performed without problems. When we tryied to start analysis after this, the message in the picture enclosed appeared. Anyone has some hint about this?

Thanks for your input. As dumb as it seems, I never actually thought about checking the method's configurations and was thinking about the issues with the new part.
By the way, LS tool is "liquid syringe tool". I don't know about older versions of the triplus, but the one we have allows you to use different "tools", for several types of injection techniques, that allow you to shift between them in a couple of minutes.

It seems that you have not actually configured your new LS tool. There are 2 places you need to do this.
First, in the TriPlus terminal, make sure that you can see your LS tool. Usually, Triplus can auto recognize the tool.
Secondly, in your method file, go to Triplus Tab, choose the Triplus RSh menu on top, and choose Edit Sampler Modules. In Syringe - ID menu, make sure that you choose the correct syringe. After that, choose the TriPlus RSH menu again and try to Validate the method. Hope it works!
