Hi all,
I have a dataset containing 2 independent variables (1. Region [North, East, South and West] and 2. Year [2010, 2015, and 2020]) and 4 continuous dependent variables (e.g. height, etc.). What statistical test do you recommend I use to test this dataset and visualize the results?
Any helpful links on how to perform the recommended test in R would also be greatly appreciated!

Multivariate Multiple Regression would work. Be sure to check the DV residuals via Q-Q plot first to see if they're 'roughly' normally distributed.
