Second picture looks like Vespa tropica (Linnaeus, 1758).

Based only on the second image, I think it is Vespa tropica (Family: Vespidae).

for such volkanic islands is hARDLY EVER TO FIND SMTHG rare. First visitors should be widespread and enough widely distributed.

This is a female of Polistes not Vespa.

Probably, this is Polistes sagittarius Saussure, 1853.

I had some hesitations against  Vespa, but I'm not a specialist, so have wait possible other explanations...
