I would like to know the source of database of Raman data for non-oxide ceramics.
I am looking for the Raman peaks of TiB2, Si3N4, Ta5Si3, TiN, TaN.
It will be highly appreciated, if any one help me.

Why not try a Google search? 5 seconds brought me the attached for TiB2 from 'Low-cost and facile fabrication of titanium dioxide coated oxidized titanium diboride–epoxy resin composites with high dielectric constant and extremely low dielectric loss'
