I am a PhD student in formation systems and I want some scale for some factors , my framework based on theory of planned behavior

the first my factor is

human factor and have sub factor :

1-desire for revenge

2-personal and social frustration

3-computer dependency

4-ethical flexibilaty

5-loyalty issue

second factor is

social media

and I will applied it in hospitals
