Thanks Mr. M. Hesam for being of help. But my understanding of the problem is that i do have only one factor which is bacterial isolate (though has different groups under it). If this is correct, then would factorial design be suitable? Remember the literature says that factorial design comes in when you have two variables and above. Thanks
