I am Nikoletta Vekiari, a pharmacist student at Hellenic Open University. I am conducting a study on prescribing practices and the factors contributing to prescribing errors in geriatric patients. Your expertise and experience in healthcare can provide invaluable insights for this research.

The primary objective of this survey is to understand the challenges and considerations that healthcare professionals face when prescribing medications to elderly patients. The findings from this study will help develop strategies to improve prescribing practices and enhance patient safety in geriatric pharmacology.

We are seeking responses from healthcare professionals who:

Have experience in prescribing medications to geriatric patients
Are involved in the care and management of elderly patients
Work in settings such as hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, or community pharmacies.
