I am beginning a new research about employability in young people, I would like to know, what are the factors that help the new graduates to find a better paid job in a faster way?

I have done research with professionals at public employment services (PES) in my country, Turkiye. The professionals who are job and vocational counsellors said that the biggest problem against the employability of youth was the nonexistence or lack of semi-skilled workers. I don’t know if there is the same problem in your country, but maybe you can examine it by having interviews with both young people and job and vocational counsellors. Just an idea.
