Unfortunately I can't find Cytochalasin B easily, so I 'm looking for an alternative drug matter which could do the function of Cytochalasin B ? I know what is the function of that (preventing from cytokinesis) but I don't know what materials can play that function? Thanks for your help.
I am not aware of an alternative. Where is the problem in getting cytochalasin B?

The cytokinesis block micronucleus (CBMN) assay employing Cytochalasin B (CytoB) has broadly been used since the proposal in 1985. Cytochalasin B is a cell-permeable fungal toxin from Drechslera dematoidea that inhibits cytoplasmic division by blocking the formation of contractile microfilaments. The use of CytoB is required e.g., for lymphocytes, but may not necessarily be needed under conditions where cells undergo divisions following the treatment (of interest, e.g., exposure to chemicals or ionizing radiation). In this regard, the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) has published Test Guidelines TG474 (Mammalian Erythrocytes) adopted in 2010 and TG487 (In Vitro Mammalian Cells) adopted in 2016. These provide the protocols with and without the use of CytoB. TG487 is attached here for your convenience.
