Hello, i'm wondering about how to destroy matrigel in Hepatocyte organoid.

Now I'm using cell recovary sol. ( Corning )

I tried following the given protocol, but the Metrigel did not completely dissolve.

and then I treat longer than the time indicated in the protocol. ( 1h)

But there are still small like a grains.

If it's all melted, isn't that normal if you can't see the any something?

I would like to ask for help on what to do.
