DC on my compound treatment is secreting high amount of NO, and it is well known that it leads to the nitrosylation of TCR on T cells. So, is there any in vitro method to check it.
please check out the latest publication from my PhD lab, which includes in vitro assays (antigen presentation and T cell activation) as well as pre-clinical models of autoimmunity.
Thank you all, but griess reagent tells only about the NO level. But how we can check weather high NO released by DC are inhibiting the T cells through TCR?
