This value of GFI is not acceptable. But this is not only statistics. May be you can use some of fit index all together such as CFI, RMSEA. You can use fit indexes interval attachment.

Thank you for the answer, just all the index are in the standards except the GFI, does this value has an influence on the fit of the model?

The GFI index may have been out of range due to the sample if the other fit indices are in the fit range. For this reason, it can be said that model-data fit is provided if other fit indices indicate compliance.
