Hello, I am simulating welding with Ansys software. I faced a problem?

Should the temperature of the whole metal be the same as the ambient temperature after the welding cooling stage? I did all the steps and it seems to be correct in all the steps, but after cooling down the temperature of the metal does not reach ambient temperature?
