Hello, I need to prepare a sterile 12,5% gelatin (with aqua and 85% glycerolum). It is not possible to autoclave gelatin powder because it gets gelated. I also do not see realistic the use of some membrane filter, liquid gelatin quickly solidifies with decrease in temperature. Will  UV radiation be enough? Normally, aquq conservans (with parabenes) is used, but I cannot use it. Thank you!
