I seeded the cells following the suggested density (0.8*10^4 cells/cm2). In 24h, few of them are adherent (low viability), and the ones that adhered are still round-shaped. Do you have any idea if it's normal that they need some time to spread and acquire their normal shape? I'm worried they went through some kind of stress during storage/thawing...
