Hello, everyone. What matrix should I use, for analyzing aptamer by MALDI-TOF ?

To achieve Gallium 68 radiolabeling of ssDNA, I am using p-SCN-Bn-NOTA conjugate to the amine group at the end of ssDNA and analyzed it by Maldi-Tof.
