I am using EC/DEC=1/1 (v/v) solution for my experiments at 30°C. For solvent phase calculations, I need to mention the dielectric constant of the solvent mixture of EC and DEC. Please mention the dielectric constant values for EC and DEC too (30 °C) as I could see some variations in the literature reported values. Also, any suggestions would be really useful. Thank you for your time!
Reichardt book on solvents, 2011 edition:
Table A-1 list a large number of relative permittivity (so called "dielectric constant", trivial name) of the pure liquid at 25 C°, reported below with notes.
Entry (75): Diethyl carbonate 2.82 (at 20°C)

1,3-Dioxolan-2-one (Ethylene carbonate, EC; melting point 36°C) is not in the table of the Reichardt book. In the Xu review I found :
EC 89.78 (at 25°C ,although not clear as the Mp is 36.4°C in the same table).
I did not check the literature for temperature effect, which must be small as compared to 20 or 25°C. I suppose that the permittivity decreases as T increases, as the density.
I did not check the permittivity of solvent mixtures, but owing to the very high similarity of the two solvents, a reasonable first approximation would be to use a weighted mean of the two permittivities (at given T), i.e. the mean value in your case.
I can further check the references if you need more detailed info.
