I have downloaded PowDLL converter, but I could not convert files at all. I have xrd data in .uxd format and I just want to convert it to .raw format..

you can download the latest version of PowDLL 2.37 from here: http://users.uoi.gr/nkourkou/powdll.htm (in case you're executable is altered)
you'll also find there info. about the supported Import/Export file formats, Installation/update info. and other Requirements.
If you still have a problem with converting the files maybe you're input file is corrupted. I've used PowDLL and works fine.
Anyway, if the problem persist, you can send me the file and I can try converting it.

HI, Natheer .. I was able to convert files by using the software that you told.But I could not open them in X'pert high score plus.What could be the reason?
Satish, just send Nikos (the author) a message (nkourkou at cc.uoi.gr) with your file and signal the problem. he'll be more than happy to check what's going on and fix the bug if any!
Is your data coming from bruker XRD deffractometer if yes you can use the Bruker software to open your file ( in .UXD form ) then choose file then save as and choose the format that you want ( for example .rd )
also if you using Panalytical software like X'pert high score plus you can use the associated software for panalytical like Dataviewer and use the same steps
i.e. open your .UXD file the choose save as and choose the formate you want
I am using X'pert high score plus. Can I get this panalytical data viewer in Google ?

there is a free online software ( crystal impact match ) this software supporting all the xrd format like .UXD
also this is very good software for analyzing XRD and you can use both data base the ICDD PDF2 database and the crystallography open database
also you can open your .UXD file and choose save as the select the format you want and save

yes you can use the ICDD PDF2 database but it should be new ( i.e. 2004 and above ) . you can add your ICDD PDF2 database from database then create database and then select the file PDF2.dat so the database begin to install and it may take several minutes
