Do you want to know the surface IR characteristics of these compounds or the IR data for bulk ones ? You probably know that these oxides will probably give spectra only in the far-IR range.
Ya Sir.. I know that these oxides will give the IR spectra below 400 Cm-1 .. But I would like to see the spectrum from 4000-400 Cm-1 (even if it is below 400 do send me).

Dear Satish, I think will not be too much absorption betwen 4000 and 4000, evenif it is, only below 5-600 cm-1.
Have you checked the Atlas for FTIR spectra from Aldrich ? That contains the FT-IR spectra between 10-4000 cm1 for all the compounds marketed by Aldrich.
