Since my study is focusing on chemical toxicity, I have to differentiate 3T3-L1 and at the same expose it to chemicals (with vehicle control 0.1% DMSO). I have tried different way but still couldn't solve. Now I adjust my vehicle control to 0.0.1% DMSO but still disattached. Here what I did:
