@ Shohruh, to my experience under arid ecosystem in India seed priming with stress resistant bacteria or biopriming with plant growth promoting rhizobacteria increases speed and uniformity of germination; help in better establishment of arid crops and ultimately improves harvest quality and yield.
I can confirm that this technology is effective when it comes to inoculating plants with beneficial bacteria. We need only to adjust the concentration of the bacteria coating the seeds. The concentration is 108UCF/ml.
