I have a stationary volume of fluid contained in a tank shell. The fluid in the tank shell needs to be maintained at a certain temperature. The tank shell is heated up through electric coils and the heat from the tank shell is then transferred to the stationary fluid inside the tank. I want to evaluate the temperature profile of the stationary fluid inside the tank shell because of this process. Is it possible to study this by using only FEA for example Ansys Mechanical or FEMAP?

Once you start heating the walls, the heat transfer will be predominately happens through natural convection and conduction. The fluid inside the tank cannot be assumed to be stationary anymore. However, not a very difficult problem to simulate. You can use any CFD software i.e. ANSYS fluent for this purpose.
...or ANSYS CFX as well. In CFD terminology this is called a CHT = Conjugate Heat Transfer application. The temperature distribution in the solid material of the tank shell is predicted within the CFD solver itself as a coupled solution with the natural convection flow inside the tank, as already pointed out by Syed Mughees Ali .
