I'm waiting to meet a headache specialist (Neuro) regarding these unique headaches I encounter in the mornings when I wake up.
1. they happen 1-3 month
2. they affect my eyesight and USUALLY includes dizziness, blurred vision
3. Entire forehead region having most pain
o Sometimes more pain on right side
o Sinus/Nose region
4. Vision is difficult and blurry ; also Light sensitivity
o Sometimes spinning/vertigo and difficult to leave bed
· Weather fluctuations especially temperatures +/- 20 degrees suddenly and BP as I been recently tracking and measuring
SOMETIMES: upper head region only, but bearable and able to see and work
Any specialists, publications, medications that have been used and showed effective I'd appreciate
I also have a collection of file I researched and collected and could share

But a did you have a look on headache due to sleep apnea syndrom ?

I think you may be better off seeing an otologist. Most if not all these symptoms can arise from the inner ear. Neurologists, psychologists and psychiatrists are unlikely to be helpful.
A very common but usually unrecognised syndrome that could account for it is Meniere Spectrum Disorder, or endolymphatic hydrops. This often occurs when the perilymph pressure in the cochlea drops for any reason (weight loss, fever, hydration, hypotension, etc). Exposure to loud noise, barotrauma (flying, swimming), minor head injury, etc, often cause MSD.
Symptoms include: pressure or pain in head; full or blocked ear; audiosensitivity; vertigo/dizziness; tinnitus; distorted hearing; fatigue; poor memory and concentration; etc.
Does the Headache wakes you up from sleep or does it develop soon after you wake up? Do you have Nausea and Vomiting in the morning?
I was hoping to get some feedback and direction with this, maybe with a doctor or researcher experienced in treating this to expedite things.
I haven't had any luck researching the "morning connection" but it seems to related to weather changes (rain, temperature fluctuations)
Its only upon waking up a few times a month. no nausea or vomiting. Mostly vision, dizzy affected usually lasting for the day.
I was tested over 20ys ago for sleep apnea and it was minute, but I'll see what these two headache specialists suggest.
It's definitely "migraines" and I have a prescription NSAID for the morning when I wake up with it to try out flurbiprofen along with takin 400mg Magnesium & 400mg Riboflavin(B2) at bedtime - and to drink more water!!!
Also there is an app "Migraine Buddy" the doctor suggested...

Unilateral pain with nausea and photophobia does fit the criteria for migraine headache, and the fact that it’s not extreme pain (10/10, on scale of 1 to 10, 10 being unbearable), it excludes cluster headache, there are 2 kinds of approaches, acute or prophylaxis treatment.
Acute management would be NSAIDs as your doctor advised you, triptans or dihydroergotamine as well could be used, as for prophylaxis, change your lifestyle that would be, your sleep, exercise pattern, diet, find out what fits the best for you stick to it, avoid sudden change in your daily routine that could initiate an attack, Beta blockers amitriptyline, topiramate or valproate are other prophylactic treatments, prescribing any of these depends on your physical health as there are side effects to consider.
