I can't get these cells to grow! I have tried a couple different CO2 %ages, FBS concentrations, and tips on whether toget rid of or keep floating cells. Currently, I'm at 15%FBS in DMEM and 5% CO2 (because when I had it at 10%, the media would turn acidic within 30 minutes). They aren't contaminated, and while I have some cells, they certainly are not proliferating. Has anyone had this problem/how did you solve it?

Try to use McCoy's 5a Medium (Modified) supplemented with a 10% of fetal bovine serum.
