Unfortunately Pakistani media is hub of sexual harassment at workplace,reason behind this is mainly illiteracy,lack of cultural grooming,and masculinity based society set up.job,training,promotion,sustainability at depends on appeasement of wild nature seniors.Some good organizations protect all type of harassment but a large number of organizations do not bother to protect genders specially female due to lack in company management,

Men are also victims of harassment but in few numbers in terms of promotion and job placement.Female workers should be protected and guarded from such menace and government should implement effectiveness and endorse women protection right bill.
