As you said, this attractive pomegranate is a rare kind of pomegranates. I have seen it on a medicinal plant garden in the @University_of_Isfahan.
To be honest, I would like to know which biological parameters are dominant in this pomegranate? Is there any phytochemical investigation on it?

Its color actually is dark reddish purple (or deep red). But at a glance, it seems black.
I have seen (and eaten) a yellow coloured watermelon in China. Taste and smell is the same, just bright yellow fruit pulp.
