It likes a common sense to most people since we learned from elementary school. Even doctors ask patients to drink 8 cups per day or a female drinks 2000 c.c. water per day and a male drinks 3000 c.c. water per day or whatever.

There are questions arises:

  • Does water clean our body inside likes it clean our body's outside?
  • Does our body really need so much water equally for everyone?
  • What are the organs in our body to do detoxification?
  • Does eight cups water, add burdens to our body organs?
  • Can our body organ overload to expel the extra water?
  • What will happen when overload our body organs?
