Individualism is taking place of authoritarianism. Now fewer people are open to putting boss’s name as a coauthor. Due to changing academic transparency and ethical standards it is likely that there are fewer disagreements about co-authorship. What is your experience? How do you resolve those issues?
I have certainly had my share of misunderstandings. I am also guilty of including coauthors who were data owners and would not share data without co authorships. Now I am more clear about ethical principles. So I clarify the authorship orders and expected contribution right before we start the collaborative work.
The need to form a team for the purpose of completing research or writing a scientific book is necessary for most researchers, but the problem is when he asks to add some names that have no role in it, especially by some people who take advantage of professional and academic relations in imposing the subject. I think that's embarrassing for everyone, especially for the main author.

My first preference is to Publish my Article alone secoandly if other researchers are involved. We sit down on a Table and write the Names in order with agreement to avoid confrontations. Regards
If my collegues include me in the team, which work under article, I never discuss coauthors order (There is a Russian proverb, which can be translated approximately as: "the owner is the master" [Rus: "khozyain-barin"], in this case: "initiator is owner"). If I start new work myself, then I write a short plan in which the authors are already indicated. It looks like this: VSG, A ?, B ??, C ?, D ??? With each revision, this list changes, some names disappear, some appear, question marks are replaced by exclamations, etc. Those, the list is obtained naturally. Sometimes (this happens rarely) one of the co-authors proposes to include his boss (as this will be very useful for co-author). I usually answer: "Tell him, that I am a very bad person, and refused to turn it on, you can tell him about me all you want ..." The division of work in fair and the cooperation between all team preparing the research reduces the difficulties or problems that can occur.
I normally define each author contribution to the work in terms of conceptulization, methodology, writeup etc. and decide authorship order mutually with all co-authors. That really help.

We follow the instructions of our university, the first name of the graduate student followed by the name of the scientific supervisor followed by the name of the co-supervisor,This is not the case with other centers and universities
No difficulties were encountered in this respect between different authors and it set through agreements and their inputs into the research work. However for papers published from postgraduate thesis or work, usually the first name would be the graduate student followed by the supervisor and the co-supervisor according to our university and college regulations.

We always make an agreement on a plan before the beginning of a project.
When I was a neophyte researcher, I did not have full knowledge about authorship in scientific papers. I did encounter problems with my first publications. But with experience and with more transparent publication process required but some journals, I came to learn more about authorship. Although there are institutional policies on claims of authorship, I subscribe to ICMJE guidelines for authorship which recommends that authorship be based on the following 4 criteria:
Substantial contributions to the conception or design of the work; or the acquisition, analysis, or interpretation of data for the work; AND
Drafting the work or revising it critically for important intellectual content; AND
Final approval of the version to be published; AND
Agreement to be accountable for all aspects of the work in ensuring that questions related to the accuracy or integrity of any part of the work are appropriately investigated and resolved.

This is how the ethical integrity of the researcher/s work into play and is tested. Once the paper is published, the auhtor/s are fully accountable of what has been written and shared. By the way, your welcome Claude.
Credit always goes to seniors. Funding agencies ask for previous experience and you need a senior; Recruiting agencies and universities ask for referees and you need more than two seniors; Journals ask for money and you need many seniors.

I think young researchers and students are not protected enough from the authority of their mentors or superiors. The second question is, if the name of their mentor helps them gain initial fame, a few articles in Scopus. Often there is a temptation to take advantage of the modesty of his subordinates who does not insist on his first order.

I have been able to resolve most issues with authorship. However, when third party funding is involved and multiple agencies want their people to be coauthors, it gets complicated.
There are cases when a professor does an accommodation to another professor and includes this person in the hope of a reciprocal sign. Here the order is no longer important, but it looks like plagiarism.

As a young researcher, you may need to show some level of respect when you collaborate with your academic supervisor on a research outside your main postgraduate research.
Yes, it happens but I always give the team leader the free hand to do the authors' order base on contributions to the research.
When I was a junior researcher, I had false expectations about senior researchers’ need to be generous and give authorship ahead of themselves just to support junior researchers. Now I know better.
As a writer , publisher or an author we have our own norms ,principle with the honest approach as directly or indirectly for our writings we have our own responsibility has the writing may reach readers & besides us they are the best judge for our writings .With this , sometime back similar question has come before me for which I have expressed my views as follows
Author should keep his own base for which he is to present his article for selecting the article authors should not keep a base for publicity but whatever the knowledge the author has with him he should present himself accordingly to his topic either in the base for academic or management or for humanitarian end for which author has to place his views by keeping also the social environment .
Every author should keep a purpose of his writing whether it may be in the form of literature,religion ,philosophy ,H.rd ,simple medical tips & guideline for readers & such other related areas author can certainly offer a good services to the society .

Just need to decide authorship placement in publication through individual contributions. The focal contributor gets the corresponding authorship

The authorship depends upon the contribution made by the particular researcher to the research work. Suppose, if we are publishing paper with our research supervisor, then there is an unwritten rule that the supervisor name should come as first author.
Many factors are used, contributions, seniority among others.
