There is perhaps some some sort of misunderstanding.
If anybody read my article, it will be automatically identified and I will come to know who has read it.
Then RG will give one option to me as "Request Feedback".
If I click on it, an area will be shown to write questions for feedback.
If I have no quarry, then I may click for normal feedback.
Then the reader will be asked to send feedback on my article.
It is not compulsory to give feedback to all the articles you read or downloaded.
Many person do not respond to this, some interested persons send feedback.
Just now I saw one scientist received 10 recommendations on his very good feedback on one of my recent article.
I never asked for,but many times i answered request for feed back for many publications.
It is ok to ask for a feedback. The results taht can be obtained from such feedback might be useful.
