Hello everyone, I ask you because I need a little help: have you ever isolated primary cells from a head and neck tumor (HNSCC or OSCC9) in particular from a tumor section coming from the tongue? It is a squamous cell tissue, considered difficult to manipulate and consequently to dissociate (see Miltenyi protocol classification). I would like some advice in particular on manual and enzymatic dissociation (both using kits and without): which collagenase to use and for how long and how to do it. I hope some of you can help me
practically.
