Have someone had a contamination in the anti-foam solution (Xiameter AFE-1520)?

We have used such product as anti-foam, but we got some Enterobacteriace contamination in that solution. Do you have some tips for preventing such problem?

The best way is sterilize the antifoam solution and make aseptic connection to the bioreactor.
