In the ODTBT model, recursive coherence builds across nested holonic scales until a threshold, TWIST, is reached. Recent research on the median raphe nucleus (MRN), interpeduncular nucleus (IPN), and the claustrum suggests these may serve as biological phase gates that regulate entrainment or collapse.

I'm curious whether:

  • MRN/IPN-driven theta suppression has been explored through a thermodynamic or entropy-based lens,
  • Slow-wave induction correlates with loss of recursive coherence,
  • Claustral stimulation can reset phase synchrony in cortical networks.

I'd love to explore this further in light of recursive field theory and coherence geometry. Any papers or ideas welcome.
