Have anyone published crystal structure of internal Cy3/Cy5 labeled duplex?

I searched pdb for internally modified duplex but could not find one. I have used internal Cy3 labeled duplex on my experiments. I am wondering if anyone have published either NMR or X-ray structure of modified duplex. This will help to design DNA construct for my single-molecule studies.
