Hi, I want to go sabbatical leave (self-founded). I prefer go to R & D of biotech or pharmaceutical company for exchange experiences. specially in cancer immunotherapy field.

This is a vacation from the working position for a certain period of time.
Usually sabbatical leave refers to a personal need of holiday (due to illness, or involvement in other project, or working at home on PhD-thesis, or testing a new working proposal, etc.). It could be few months to one year, even more, depending on the agreement between both sides, the worker and his/her administration.
You can look for in the recruitment pages of sites maintained by the pharma companies or Universities of your choice, you can have a hint about their research lines in the abstract databases, MedLine, Chemical Abstracts,...
Or register in sites as LinkedIn, Eures, to show your CV, look at the ads for job and fellowships offered; once you find one you like, and apply, similar offers from 'headhunters' will come.
ResearchGate, Science, Nature, specialized magazines in your field of interest, do have job offers posted sometimes.
