As a semicondcutor the double perovskite has optoelectronic properties.
It is considered as direct bandgap material. So, it could be used as an active layer in the light emitting diodes.
It can be used also as a photodetector either as a photoconductor or a photodiode.
Also, it can be used also as an active material of solar cells since it has high absorption coefficient in the visible wave length range.

I am not aware about the applications of such double perovskites in the field of photocatalysis.
However, this can be a very good material as a potential replacement of lead based perovskites due having ns2 electron. Carrier life time is high. The environmental stability of the materials are very good.
Unfortunately the PCE has not been excelled yet due to large band gap and poor charge transport. Once these issues are solved it may arise as a very good solar cell material.
