What should the requirement be for an all-inorganic perovskite solar cell? What should be the nature of its layer? If we use any organic layer in an all-inorganic perovskite active material-based photovoltaic device, is the all-inorganic device structure possible?

I don't think it's mandatory that you use all inorganic layers, but usually we analyze what the best junctions are. An Organic-inorganic perovskite like CH3NH3PBI3 has an excellent combination with PCBM and PEDOT:PSS, but also NiOx or TiO2 can be used. The point is that PCBM and PEDOT:PSS seems to lead to better efficiency. Feel free to reply if you need more help with this. I have been working with perovskites solar cells too, so this is my subject of interest.
