I am actually much more interested on the use of LISST for sediment related issues. LISST can encounter some diffiulties in link with sediment environments (turbidity, turbulence, etc.). Feedbacks in these fields do interest me.
I have no particular experience with the LISST but I know about the problems with turidity and turbulence with the FBRM or ORM. As the LISST measurement principle is comparable I would recommend that you read some publications about the advantages and challenges of these technologies
