Hashin criteria in VUMAT for composite pipes?

Hello guys. I am working on the strength of composite pipes under pressure & I have written a VUMAT subroutine to be able to use 3D Hashin criteria. But unfortunately my Hashin criteria amounts for fiber tension, fiber compression, matrix tension & matrix compression are zero until the breaking the pipe under load. does any one know what is the problem?
