Has repetitive low-dose exposure of immunotherapies been evaluated in nursing staff in the clinical setting?

I am looking to investigate the risk nurses are exposed to when handling immunotherapies, low-dose repetitive exposure and the adaptation of the nurse's own immune system for my Ph.D.

I was wondering if anyone knew of any other research that has either been done or in the process of?
