Has AR/VR been explored as a tool for helping long covid sufferers regain short-term memory skills?

I am in the preliminary stages of gathering literature. I have found much on the nexus between long covid and memory loss, brain fog, etc., and use of AR/VR as a teaching tool. Looking for existing literature exploring all three of these criteria: long covid, memory loss, and AR/VR. Specific examples pertaining to remembering job skills would be especially helpful.

There is research in AR/VR in other contexts done at UTS.There are quite few use cases in various different types of cognitive rehabilitation.
