I have received this kit two days ago and discovered it doesn't include primers, relying on Gene Specific Primers.

Have anyone ever tried using oligo(dT) or Random hexamer with this Kit Mix?

~ I already have separate oligo dT primers but with Reaction temperature of 42C and the kit's enzyme works at 50.. Should I return the kit or try to optimize
