I'm currently using Facebook to gather general public data, and LinkedIn to gather data from special target groups. Both link to a host site to ensure all prospective participants have access to the documentation cleared by the Ethics Committee. So far, it's working well, with lots of 'shares' and even 'tweets,' but my question is "when to stop?". I have the minimum amount of data required, but of course more will always be better. Time is a factor though. What are others' experiences?
