Hi,
I am planning to use fluoroshield mounting medium with DAPI to stain Arabidopsis leaves and roots. Does anyone know the incubation period for roots and leaves in this medium? Does this product penetrate well into the cells without vacuum infiltration?

Fluoroshield can be used with DAPI but it is not necessary. DAPI doesn’t quench too quickly and you can use any mounting medium with good results.
