Has anyone tried using the LUNA FL Automated Cell Counter (Bright Field option with Trypan blue) to measure Symbiodiniaceae density in a coral host?

I initially checked the counts of Symbiodiniaceae from my frozen coral samples using LUNA-FL cell counter. I'm looking for a paper or papers that also used the same method and I would like to know how to calculate the final densities using the data from the counter normalized by the surface area of the coral fragments.
