Has anyone tried using multiple endocytosis inhibitors simultaneously?

Is it worth mixing multiple inhibitors together to block ALL-but one pathway or is the cross-talk and overlap between inhibitors too messy to have any meaningful results?

I tried to use them to block all pathways but it didn't work well. Even though I use the optimal concentrations of every inhibitor, block all endocytosis is impossible.
