I am dealing with pre-designed primer assay for Qiagen and having troubles as they're just bioinformatically tested and some just don't work. I was wondering if anyone has used the primer for mouse Ccl2 and has had issues too.
Use either Bio-Rad's assays or Qiagen's RT2 primer assays- they are wet bench tested. If I remember right mouse Ccl2 has some pseudogenes so it is difficult to design a good primer assay.
Thanks Jennifer, I ended up designing my own and they work perfectly and way cheaper. I just wanted to know if anyone else had experienced same trouble with those assays.
