Use either Bio-Rad's assays or Qiagen's RT2 primer assays- they are wet bench tested. If I remember right mouse Ccl2 has some pseudogenes so it is difficult to design a good primer assay.

Thanks Jennifer, I ended up designing my own and they work perfectly and way cheaper. I just wanted to know if anyone else had experienced same trouble with those assays.

Nurul, I am not surprised! many have had. Best thing is to design you own (much cheaper option too)
