Has anyone tried Qubit™ 4 Fluorometer for the measurement of RNA integrity and quality?

We've been thinking to buy Qubit™ 4 Fluorometer for the assessment of the quality and integrity of an RNA sample since it is way more affordable than Agilent 4200 TapeStation.
