I've been doing a research about this and get the result of completely resistant. According to Kato (1996), the body fluid should give antifungal effect to Candida albicans. My questions are:

1. Will the ASABF, the peptide included in the body fluid, be inactivated in 4 degree celcius storage? If the answer were yes, what is the right protocol to handle it?

2. Has anyone already did this kind of research before? The one which including Ascaris suum body fluid to Candida albicans? If yes, what the result you got? Because I am unable to find recent publications about this.
