If the FEM model is the yellow curve, your FEM model has not only higher strength, but it also has higher stiffness. So, this large discrepancy between numerical and experimental model stems from either material property or boundary condition. You could check modulus of elasticity, stress strain definition, and boundary condition. Hope it could be helpful for you.
